Gossip Girl Glam

I'll be honest, I haven't really had the time to become engrossed in the new hit tv show Gossip Girl, but I have seen lots of fashion finds from the show, and I've concluded that the stylist must be a genius. I love this look seen on Serena. The preppiness of the uniform juxtaposed next to the funky boots.
